- Orders shipping to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS, as UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses
Processing & Shipping Times:
- Orders placed and paid for before 12:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day
- During periods of high order volume, processing may take approximately 1–2 business days
Please note:
- Shipping transit times are based on business days only (Monday–Friday)
- We currently ship orders Monday through Friday only
- Overnight orders placed on Fridays may not arrive until the following
business week
Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, M3T Vitality is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Shipping carrier disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Other circumstances outside of our control
- Orders returned to sender due to customer error or incomplete address information may be subject to a $5 reshipment fee.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters to us. We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
Opened or used products are not eligible for returns or exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns
To file a claim or request a refund please reach out to us at info@M3TVitality.com with your name, contact info and reason for requesting a return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
